Accommodation at Mercure Lavasa (please see attached brochure):
Rate: Single Room Rs 5000/- per person, per night, (all inclusive – i.e. room rent, all three meals, and taxes are all factored into the price). The only exceptions are liquor and mini bar consumables)
Rate: Double Rs 7500/- (all inclusive – – i.e. room rent, all three meals, and taxes are all factored into the price). The only exceptions are liquor and mini bar consumables)
Check-in and Check-out timing and Early Arrivals
- check-in is at 1400hrs
- check-out is at 1200hrs
If guests are likely to check-in prior to 1400 hrs, please inform the hotel as early as possible and they will do their best to accommodate your requirement. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to reserve the room from the previous night, which would be chargeable at the special group rates, such requests will be honoured only subject to availability. For arrivals before 1000hrs reservations will have to be made from the previous night and hence one additional night’s charges will be applicable.

The Hotel’s check-out time is 1200hrs. A full night charge will be applicable for any check-out beyond this time. Any guest who intends to extend his/her stay beyond 1200hrs would need to give the hotel 48 hours prior notice.
Transportation from Pune airport to Lavasa city will be arranged by the hotel on individual requests.
